The A-Tec AR 40-3 Gen. 2 QD-Lock sound suppressor is engineered for assault rifles and hunting carbines in .223 Remington / 5.56 mm caliber. Crafted entirely from reinforced stainless steel and finished with a durable black Cerakote coating, it effectively lowers muzzle blast, noticeably reduces felt recoil, and excels in demanding field conditions.
Equipped with an intuitive QD-Lock quick-detachable system, the suppressor installs rapidly onto compatible barrel discharge devices with 1/2-28 UNEF threads. Designed and tested for intensive single and continuous fire on barrels from 10.5 inches, this rugged, non-removable unit delivers robust and reliable performance.
